01: Wine characteristics and description
The grapes were selected from the cooler, north-facing part of this cru location where Alpine breezes offer greater freshness. In appearance, it's a limpid golden wine with green highlights. The bouquet is youthful and incredibly refined, inviting and expressive, reminiscent of green melon, lemon zest, fresh grass and crushed nettle with a subtle creamy undertone. To taste, it is fine and elegant with refreshing acidity, beautiful definition, and a long, graceful, vibrant backbone. A beautifully made, understated and refined wine in a style unique to these hills.
