The wines that we denominate as Classic wines - Sauvignonasse, Ribolla, Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay - are carefully produced, but are not among the demanding wines. They originate from our younger vineyards. After maturing in stainless steel barrels, the wines are sur lie on yeast up to 8 months. This makes them not so classically fresh, as they lose some of the basic variety aroma and gain a complex, rich and extraordinarily elegant body. Despite their dryness, they highlight freshness and minerality, which means they can be drunk on all kinds of occasions.

After a glass, their aftertaste makes us think about food.
